Saved loads are bookmarks for loads you want to follow up on. Every saved load is shared across your entire organization, not private to the person who saved it. That means dispatchers, owners, and teammates all see the same list, so two people do not call the same broker about the same load. You can reach your saved loads at /saved or through the navigation.

What you see on the saved loads page

The page opens with 4 stat tiles at the top:
  • SAVED — total saved loads, with a count of how many are still live on the board
  • YOUR CLAIMS — loads you personally claimed
  • TEAM CLAIMS — loads claimed by anyone in your org
  • EXPIRED WITHOUT BOOKING — loads that aged off the board while still saved
Below the tiles are 5 tabs that filter the table:
  • All — every saved load in your org
  • Your claims — loads you claimed
  • Team claims — loads claimed by any teammate
  • Unclaimed — saved but not yet claimed
  • Expired — loads that are no longer active on the board

How claims work

When you or a teammate claims a load, everyone in your org sees it immediately. That prevents duplicate outreach. Claims are self-reported only. Load Work does not verify that a booking happened, and the broker may have already covered the load.
Load Work is not a broker and does not book freight. Every load on the board is a lead — you contact the broker directly by phone or email to negotiate and book. Load Work does not verify that a booking happened, and loads can be covered before you call.
