Load Work sends load alerts through email and SMS. You control which channels are active, and you can set quiet hours to pause non-urgent notifications during a daily window. These settings live under Settings > Notifications.

Where to find notification settings

Go to Settings from the top navigation bar, then click the Notifications tab. The page shows toggle switches for email, SMS, and push notifications, plus quiet hours settings.

What you can toggle

  • Email notifications: On by default. Email is always available on every plan.
  • SMS alerts: Available on Pro and Enterprise plans only. Requires a verified phone number in your profile.
  • Push notifications: Coming soon. Not available yet.
Push notifications are on the roadmap but not released yet. When they launch, the same toggle will appear here.
Turning on SMS alerts means agreeing to receive automated load and account texts at the phone number on file. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Terms and Privacy Policy apply.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours let you pick a daily window when non-urgent notifications are paused. For example, you can set quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM so alerts do not wake you.
Quiet hours apply to every notification rule, not just one. If you set quiet hours, all rules pause during that window.
To learn more about how quiet hours interact with rules, see Quiet hours.

Save your changes

After adjusting toggles or quiet hours, click Save changes. The settings take effect immediately.
