The activity feed is a running log of what your team has done in Load Work. It lives at /organization/activity and updates automatically as people take actions.

What the feed is useful for

  • Seeing who saved or claimed which load and when
  • Spotting duplicate outreach before it happens
  • Keeping dispatchers and fleet managers aligned on what is already being pursued
  • Checking recent invites and role changes
There is no configuration needed. The feed is passive. You scroll through it, filter if needed, and use it as a quick reference for team coordination.

What shows up in the feed

Typical entries include:
  • Loads saved by team members
  • Loads claimed or unclaimed
  • Team invites sent and accepted
  • Role changes between Owner and Member
The activity feed does not show broker calls, bookings, or external actions. It only tracks activity inside Load Work.
