What Load Work is (and isn't)

Load Work is a load board and load-alert platform for carriers. It aggregates freight postings, scores them, and links you to the broker. It does not broker freight or handle bookings.

Load Work is a load board and load-alert platform built for carriers: owner-operators, dispatchers, and small fleets. It aggregates freight postings from across the market, deduplicates them, scores each load for trust and completeness, and links you straight to the broker who posted it.

Load Work is not a broker and does not book freight. Every load on the board is a lead — you contact the broker directly by phone or email to negotiate and book. Load Work does not verify that a booking happened, and loads can be covered before you call.

What you see when you log in

The left sidebar is your main navigation. It contains links to the load boards, your notification rules, broker directory, organization settings, and Academy tutorials. The top bar shows your notification bell, your organization name, and your profile menu.

Your organization identity appears in the sidebar as a CARRIER badge with your org code (for example, ORG-KPVWQ). That code is what support will ask for if you ever write in.

What Load Work does

• Aggregates loads from multiple sources into one board
• Deduplicates the same posting so you do not see it 5 times
• Scores every load from 0 to 100 based on broker authority, posting completeness, and freshness
• Alerts you when a load matches your criteria via email or SMS
• Links you to the broker so you can call or email to book

What Load Work does NOT do

• Book freight for you
• Guarantee a load is still available
• Verify that you actually booked a load (claims are self-reported)
• Act as a broker or middleman in any transaction
