Load Work notification rules are automatic watchers that scan every new load posted to the board. When a load matches your criteria, the rule sends you an alert within minutes. You set the lane, equipment, rate floor, miles cap, and pickup window. The system does the watching so you do not have to keep refreshing the page.

Where to see your rules

Go to /rules. Your list shows every rule you have created, with a live count of alerts sent this month. The list displays each rule name, its active status, and how many alerts it has generated. The header reads Load alerts this month with a count like N sent and your plan limit. On Pro and Enterprise it shows Unlimited. On Essential it shows your cap.

Three things that make rules useful

  1. Instant. Rules fire within minutes of a matching load hitting the board. You see it fast enough to call before the load fills.
  2. Specific. Every filter on the board is available in the rule builder: origin, destination, equipment type, minimum rate per mile, maximum miles, pickup window, and more.
  3. Multi-channel. Email is always on. SMS is available on Pro and Enterprise if your phone number is verified. Push notifications are coming later and are not available yet.

Where alerts land

Matched loads appear in 2 places:
  • Notifications page at /notifications. The page title is Loads that matched your notification rules, sorted newest first.
  • Top-bar bell dropdown. Click the bell to see recent load alerts, with a See all load alerts link that takes you to /notifications.

Plan limits

If you are on Essential and hit 30 alerts in a month, rules stop firing until the next billing cycle. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited alerts.
