I can't find a broker I know is in the directory

Search is scoped to the filter tab you are on. Switch to the All tab, try the MC number, or check for name variations.

You searched for a broker but got no results, even though you know they have posted loads. This is almost always due to how the search and filter tabs interact.

The most common cause

Search is scoped to the filter tab you are on. If you are on the Verified tab and the broker is unverified, the search returns nothing. Switch to the All tab and search again.

Other fixes to try

1. Switch to the All tab

   Click the All tab at the top of the Brokers page, then run your search again.

2. Search by MC number instead of name

   The search box accepts a broker name or an MC number. If the name is ambiguous, the MC number is exact.

3. Check for name variations

   Broker names come from the original posting and are not standardized by Load Work. A broker may appear as a company name, a person’s name, an email address like [e-mail], or even a bare phone number. Try partial keywords.

If you still cannot find the broker after trying the All tab, the MC number, and name variations, email support with the broker name and MC number.
