Keyboard shortcuts and UI map

A map of Load Work’s navigation, top bar, and email broker dropdown so you know where every feature lives.

This page maps out Load Work’s interface so you can find any feature fast. Load Work does not have custom keyboard shortcuts beyond what your browser provides (for example, Tab to move between fields and Enter to submit forms).

Left sidebar navigation

The left sidebar is your main way to move around Load Work. Items appear in this order from top to bottom.

Expedite	/expedite	Available on all plans. Shows cargo van, sprinter van, box truck, and hotshot loads.
All equipment	/all-equipment	Pro and Enterprise only. Shows all 16 equipment types.
Notifications	/notifications	Recent load alerts and the “See all load alerts” link.
Brokers	/brokers	Broker directory with search, filter, and sort.
Notification rules	/rules	Build and manage alert rules that watch the board 24/7.
Saved loads	/saved	Loads your org has saved. Visible to all teammates.
Organization	—	Expands to show the items below.
— Manage	/organization/settings	Org name, type, and delete options.
— Team	/organization/team	Invite teammates and manage seats.
— Billing	/organization/billing	Plan, invoices, and payment method.
— Trucks	/organization/trucks	Add, edit, and manage your fleet.
— Activity	/organization/activity	Org-wide activity feed.
Academy	/tutorials	Training courses. Essential = 1 course, Pro/Enterprise = all 3.
Help & FAQ	—	Links to this help center.
Support	—	Links to contact support.
Settings	/settings	Pinned at the bottom of the sidebar. Profile, notifications, password, and signed-in devices.

Some sidebar items may be hidden if your plan does not include them. For example, All equipment only appears on Pro and Enterprise.

Top bar

The top bar sits above every page and contains global controls.

Element	What it does
Theme toggle	Switch between light and dark mode.
Notification bell	Shows recent load alerts. Click See all load alerts to go to /notifications.
Account menu	Shows your email. Contains links to Settings and Log out.

Email broker dropdown

When you click a broker’s email address on a load card or broker profile, a dropdown appears with these options:

• Open in Gmail
• Open in Outlook
• Default mail app
• Copy email address

Choose the option that matches how you contact brokers. If you copy the address, paste it into your own email client or dispatch system.
